At eSIM0, we strive to provide high-quality eSIM services. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Technical Issues: If the eSIM cannot be activated due to a technical problem on our end
- Network Coverage: If the advertised network coverage is not available in your location
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same plan twice
- Service Not Delivered: If you did not receive your eSIM QR code within 24 hours of purchase
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- eSIM has been successfully activated and used
- Device incompatibility (it is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase)
- Change of travel plans
- Failure to activate the eSIM within the validity period
- Data has been partially or fully consumed
- Poor network performance due to local network conditions
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@esim0.com within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots or error messages
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
5. Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
6. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- If you experienced service interruptions for a significant portion of your plan duration
- If the data speed was significantly lower than advertised due to our error
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Inability to purchase future services
- Additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different plan, you must:
- Request a refund for the original purchase (if eligible)
- Purchase the new plan separately
9. Promotional and Discounted Plans
Plans purchased with promotional codes or discounts are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid.
